Growing up in Charlotte as beautiful neighborhoods came to life all around him, Larry always knew he would dedicate his career to the homebuilding industry. He has accomplished a great deal in achieving that dream.Larry has worked as a New Home Specialist, New Home Sales Counselor, Community Sales Manager, and Realtor, always bringing his unique perspective & dedication with him.
Larry graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing and also received a Minor in Spanish. Outside of the office, Larry enjoys spending time with his family and is always motivated to provide for them. He pours a great deal of this motivation into his career.
With so much passion for his field, Larry was consistently a top producer in the new home sales industry across multiple builders. He was featured in Jeff Shore’s book, Be Bold and Win the Sale and has trained under highly acclaimed new home sales trainers including Jeff Shore, Amy O’Connor, Myers Barnes, Bob Hafer, Bob Schultz, Roland Nairsay, Michael Landers and the Sandler Institute. These experiences and accomplishments give Larry a deep understanding of the industry and especially an understanding of the specific traits builder clients are looking for in their sales associates.

Rich Davis is a multi-faceted professional with a diverse and significantly progressive career in the field of New Home Building Executive Management. Rich has over twenty-five years’ experience and possesses excellent motivational, training, leadership, and team building skills. Rich has prepared feasibility studies including execution of marketing and demographic studies, compilation of competitive market analysis material, and positioning studies. Rich has spent the majority of his career with public national homebuilders working his way up from On-Site Sales, Sales & Marketing management, to Executive Vice President Positions.
Rich holds a Real Estate Brokers license in Arizona and Colorado, and has attended numerous self development and Leadership based courses. Rich has served as an instructor for the Denver CO HBA Certified Sales Professional course, was a member of the team that developed Pulte Homes Top Gun sales mentoring program, and was a presenter at KB Home national sales symposiums. Rich attended Mesa Community College with an emphasis in Real Estate.

Scott was born in Concord, Massachusetts and attended college at Boston University. He’s lived in Cambridge, MA; San Francisco, CA; and is now a resident of Milton, GA.
